HIP Ordering Process

1. Click order and fill out simple form on website or email us on info@cnchipsearches.co.uk
2. Details are entered into our online HIP system and email/text is sent to homeowner asking them to pay for HIP and will give the website to access (www.packdetails.com)
3. Once payment is made the HIP is instructed and its components ordered
4. Home owner/agent can track the progress of their HIP via website by entering reference and post code
5. Once HIP is complete PDF will be available to download and printed (we can also print and dispatch to any address of your choice for additional fee)

NB: Payment can be via credit cards, deferred payment, PayPal, personal cheque or bank transfer.
